#NNA SPIRITUAL NETWORK (nnanetwork.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we receive when you use this website and how we use it.
1. Comments
To write a comment below a post, you can sign in with your Google account. When you do, we store:
- Your name and profile picture (the public details Google gives us), shown next to your comment.
- The comment you write and the time you wrote it.
- Your email address from Google sign in, used only to identify you. It is never shown publicly and never shared.
This information is stored on our own server. We do not read your Gmail, contacts or files.
2. myNNA (member account with Google sign in)
You can sign in to myNNA with “Sign in with Google”. There is no separate password. When you sign in, we store:
- Your name, email address and profile picture from Google, shown only to you on your myNNA page.
- The posts you Save, the posts you Like and the Reactions you give, kept only so we can show them back to you for easy reading later.
- Replies to your comments: to show them to you as notifications in myNNA, we match your Google account with our comments section.
The like and reaction counts shown on each post are anonymous; other visitors cannot see who liked or reacted. If you save, like or react without signing in, this stays only in your own browser, and it moves into your account when you sign in.
Your myNNA account is not a WordPress account and cannot be used to enter the website’s admin area. This information is stored only in our website’s own database.
3. Cookies
Small login cookies remember that you are signed in (for myNNA, up to 180 days; pressing “Sign out” removes it at once). Google Site Kit / Analytics may collect general, anonymous statistics about how many people visit the website.
4. Newsletter
If you give your email address in our subscribe form, it is used only to send you #NNA updates through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information, do not use it for advertising and do not give it to anyone else.
6. Your rights: deleting your data
To delete your comments, press “Delete my data” in your account settings inside the comments section. To delete your myNNA account and your saved, liked and reaction lists, write to us from the email you signed in with: nnatrustlightworkers@gmail.com. We delete everything within 7 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
